This place has a perfect location which is easy to reach with public transport. It is situated opposite of a shopping mall and is near the shopping malls and different tram lines. The room amenities include ironing facilities, sitting area, dining table, free toiletries, washing machine. The staff made efforts to help and solve any issues that occurred and tried their level best to accommodate to any of our requests.

This hotel is highly recommended to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was great and had a good design. The water pressure in the shower was excellent too. The hotel's location was superb, as it was centrally located and close to everything. Being right outside the Melbourne Central shopping centre was incredibly convenient for us. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly resolving any issues we had with the TV.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train station and plenty of nearby eateries. the rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, and the modern furniture and fixtures added a nice touch. the pool area was a highlight, and we loved that it was heated.

One major downside was the parking situation, which was not clearly communicated. We had to spend a frustrating amount of time searching for a parking spot and ended up having to pay an additional fee.

The spacious and clean studio and one-bedroom rooms had all the necessary amenities, including wireless phone charger pads. The pool and gym facilities were great, and the modern decor throughout the building was a nice touch.
